Sopcast is absolutely free. Sopcast is one of the better program, however it cannot handle during busy times. It is in English. Other languages are available as well.

Instruction
1. First register a new user and login.
2. Install the SopCast or SopCast WebPlayer.
3. Select the channel menu, and click the channel name you want to view.
